Small World Music, the producer of Global Toronto, will not tolerate, ignore, or condone any form of discrimination or harassment and is committed to promoting appropriate standards of conduct at all times. All employees, artists/performers, contractors, and participants accessing services or participating in any of Small World Music programs (including but not limited to festivals, conferences, mentorship programs, etc) are responsible for respecting the dignity and rights of their co-workers, colleagues, fellow artists, and the community and public in general.
